In the past, I tried something a bit different, and I’m going to try again. It’s a bit of a take-off on what I do each year in the first class of the Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants course that I teach at Boston University School of Law.
Here it is: This blog is for you. I would like to tailor it in a way that gets you what you want to know about, rather than just what I think you might want to know about. So, I am asking you to tell me what you would like to read about. As long as it falls within the subject of Fair Competition Law, I’ll post on it.
