We just updated our 50-State Noncompete Chart again.

This update primarily reflects the addition of the Florida CHOICE Act and a few updates to other states.

Our chart — which (created in 2010) was the first of its kind and is regularly updated — is now fully up to date through today (November 15, 2025).

We will continue to update the chart as additional significant developments arise across the country.
