The FTC is once again going to hold a workshop on noncompetes: “Moving Forward: Protecting Workers from Anticompetitive Noncompete Agreements.” (That’s not the news.)
As you may recall, the FTC initially announced its intention to hold a workshop on noncompetes — the first one of the new Administration — on October 8, 2025.
But then the shutdown happened … and the workshop didn’t.
Well, the workshop has now been rescheduled.
It will take place on January 27, 2026, from 1:00-5:00 PM, both in person and streaming. You need to register.
